The whole story in a nutshell
I spent three nights here and found the staff to be considerate, offering a warm welcome that stood out. The breakfast featured staples like hot waffles and fresh fruit, an added perk. While the area felt sketchy at times, I always felt safe in the hotel itself. Just a few improvements could elevate the experience.

The hotel had a good and absolutely perfect position, in a less than desirable neighborhood for me. It was also right by the Nissan Stadium, downtown and many other sights like the Opryland and the Parthenon and the McDonalds academy.

I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, the staff's attentiveness, and the great breakfast selection with freshly baked pastries and a variety of juices. The location was convenient for exploring Nashville as well.
Quieter hallways for a more restful stay would help.

The hotel's location was awesome, adjacent to restaurant and the Titans football stadium, the stadium, and many other sights like the Opryland. I booked a room with a cozy bed, television, a microwave and a couch bed.

The hotel was clean and that is most important to me. It could use some remodel/updates but overall it was a good place to stay at a fair price. The continental breakfast was just okay - I've had better at same price hotels.
The vending machines on several floors were out of order. The machines that did work (only 2 of them) did not have bottled water, only soda pop. The bathroom sink in our room was slow to drain and two of the outlets didn't work that well - the plugs kept falling out of them. Also during the day while my sister was back in the room trying to take a nap there was construction going on - lots of sawing and hammering. I'm sure that is not typical and all things considered I would definitely stay there again if ever in the area due to value/price.

Clean and comfortable surroundings. The spacious room was a plus, and the attentive staff helped. I faced considerable issues with service, specifically, an overly strict check-in policy that caused confusion and frustration. The breakfast options were limited, which didn't meet expectations.

The room was a nonsmoking room that smelled like an ashtray! The staff was not friendly or helpful . The hotel in general looked randown and not in good keep. The complamentery breakfast was cold and not good. I decently would not stay at this hotel again no matter the price or convienance of location. I was very dissatisfied.

The room was spacious and clean, but the pool was not operational during our stay, which was disappointing as we wanted to swim. The breakfast selection was nice, though I missed it on my first day. Overall, I had a decent experience and might choose this place again.

I can see that they are remodeling which is much needed. If the lobby and breakfast area are any indication of the progress they are making there is hope for it to be improved. It was clean just shabby. At least the non-smoking rooms did not smell like smoke.
It was clean but shabby. The beds were smaller than queen though listed as queens. There is also a lot of noise from the highway.
